Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the website tilila-school.vercel.app.
Article 1
These Terms of Use (hereinafter 'ToU') govern access to and use of the website tilila-school.vercel.app, published by TILILA SCHOOL primary school, a private primary education institution, candidate for the IB PYP (Primary Years Programme), whose headquarters are located at 241 Boulevard Al Machaar Al Haram, Issil, Marrakech, Morocco. By accessing the Site, any user unreservedly accepts these ToU.
Article 2
The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. TILILA SCHOOL reserves the right to suspend, modify, or interrupt access to the Site at any time and without prior notice, particularly for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
Article 3
All elements constituting the Site — texts, images, logos, graphic charter, mascot, trade name 'TILILA SCHOOL' — are the exclusive property of TILILA SCHOOL and protected by Moroccan law. Any reproduction without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. The photographs illustrating the Site come from royalty-free databases and do not represent current students or premises.
Article 4
The information published (program, calendar, fees, team, admissions) is provided for information purposes only and is subject to change without notice. The Site is in the pre-opening phase — some information will be specified at the opening in September 2026.
Article 5
The Site offers contact and pre-registration forms. These forms collect personal data processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Any pre-registration request does not constitute final admission. Admission is subject to the review of the file, a pedagogical interview, availability of places, and the decision of the management.
Article 6
The user undertakes to use the Site in compliance with Moroccan laws. Prohibited actions include: collecting other users' data without consent, sending spam, any attempt at unauthorized access to systems, publishing illicit or defamatory content, using automated robots or scripts.
Article 7
TILILA SCHOOL shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site, an interruption of access, errors in the published information, or fraudulent use of the forms by third parties. The Site may contain links to third-party sites for which the school disclaims any responsibility.
Article 8
The Site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and audience analysis cookies. The user can configure their browser to refuse cookies. A consent banner is displayed on the first visit.
Article 9
These ToU are governed by Moroccan law (Law No. 31-08, Law No. 09-08). In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech.
Article 10
TILILA SCHOOL reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance.
